Video Tour of Chestnut Hill Realty's Proposed Buildout of the Russett Road Side of Hancock Village
This is a tour of Hancock Village after Chestnut Hill Realty's proposed buildout on the Russett Road side of the property. Note the massive new multiunit building out of scale with the other buildings, and the loss of the greenbelt between the current single family homes and the development. The new units built on the greenbelt are larger than the existing single family homes and built only 7.5 ft from the lot line. Thanks to Steve Krug for this video.
